For International Customers

This site is available globally however customer language support is limited to English and Japanese. You can use the on-screen language conversion button to switch between languages.

Due to certain features that cannot be translated the online store is displayed in a mixture of English and Japanese.

The currency displayed is based on the country. You can select your preferred currency from the drop down menu.

- About Pre-order Items
This website contains both items that are available for immediate purchase and also pre-order items, which can vary depending on the color and size.
Please check the purchasing information to see if an item is pre-order or not.
Please note that payment will be required for pre-order items at the time of ordering.

- About Shipping
All orders are shipped via DHL.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

・Shipping Cost
For Asia and Oceania,
Free shipping on purchases over ¥35,000
For purchases under ¥34,999, a flat rate of ¥3,000 applies.
For North America and Europe,
Free shipping on purchases over ¥40,000
For purchases under ¥39,999, a flat rate of ¥5,000 applies.

・Tax Information
Purchases from overseas are exempt from consumption tax (VAT).
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes that apply to each product. Please check with your countries policies regarding import tax for more information.

・Payment Methods
PayPal / VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Apple Pay / Google Pay
We accept payments via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

・Return Policy
▪️Returns & Exchanges
If the product you received is defective or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will process your return or exchange after confirmation.

Returns for products that are not faulty (size doesn’t fit, different from what you expected, etc.) will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

- The product must be unused (try-on only).

- All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.

- The product must not be a sale item, pre-order, or made-to-order item.

Shipping and return costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that products that have been used, damaged, or soiled by the customer cannot be returned.

For exchanges, please return the product and after receiving a refund please re-order the desired item again.

▪️Regarding Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
・In the case of defective items or incorrect shipment: We will cover the cost.
・Returns due to customer decision (non-faulty): Customer is responsible for the cost (including return shipping and customs duties).

▪️Regarding Returns from Overseas
Customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and return handling fees when returning items from overseas.
Please note that these costs are the customer's responsibility.

▪️Regarding Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via PayPal, credit card, or other payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days.

How to Purchase

Go to the product page of your choice, select the color, size, and then proceed to purchase.

Items that display "ADD TO CART" as shown in the red frame in the screenshot below (mobile version) are currently in stock and can be shipped immediately.

If the red box in the screenshot below says 【MAKE A RESERVATION】, the product is available for pre-order. You can check the planned shipping date which are shown in red text in the green box below.

Once you proceed yo purchase, the following screen will appear.
Please select [CHECKOUT] which is shown in the red box.
The text displayed in the green box is an option that is only available in Japan, so please do not select anything.

By selecting [CHECKOUT]  you will then proceed to the checkout screen and be asked to select your shipping address and payment method. Simply follow the instructions to complete the purchasing process.
